ClariPhy's unique MLSD technology, covering all 1
and 10 Gbit/s Ethernet standards, enables for the first time,
an upgrade of
all existing lower speed optical networks to 10Gbit/s utilizing
the existing LAN and WAN fiber infrastructure.
ClariPhy's IC technology, combined with next
generation SFP+ optical modules, provides 10 Gbit/s port
density matching 1 Gbit/s designs (typically 48 ports), at
less than one-fifth the power and one-tenth the latency
without the cost to rewire networks for 10GBASE-T copper alternatives.
Specifically for data center applications, ClariPhy's technology
enables the use of SFP+ based twin-axial copper cabling
as a low-power, low-latency interconnect solution up to 30
meters. This provides a lower cost solution
than 10GBASE-CX4, 10GBASE-LX4 or 10GBASE-T technologies.

ClariPhy's MLSD based technology is
uniquely suited to address the impairments found in the existing
metro and long-haul fiber infrastructure. MLSD based technology
is deployed at leading telecom providers worldwide offering significant
performance improvements and cost savings.

As the market demand for 40 and 100 Gbit/s
networks emerge, the need for high performance, fiber impairment
mitigating solutions will be required. At rates of 10 Gbit/s and
beyond, the characteristics of the fiber play an ever
