CL1011 Universal 10GbE PHY for Enterprise Networks and Datacenters
ClariPhy's CL1011 is a XAUI-based 10 Gb/s Ethernet (10GbE) transceiver with integrated EDC that is fully compatible with X2 and Xenpak MSA optical modules as well as networking equipment line card designs interfacing to XFP or SFP+ MSA optical modules. The device offers the only FFE/MLSE-based EDC solution for 10GbE applications, offering significantly higher link budget margin than any other EDC solution on the market. The CL1011 supports all serial 10GbE standards, including 10GBASE-SR, LR, LRM, ER and CX1. Combined with the emerging SFP+ optical module form factor, this Universal PHY provides a low-cost, high-density solution for applications ranging from a few meters in the datacenter to 40 km in campus and metro networks.
