About ClariPhy

ClariPhy Communications is a fabless semiconductor company that develops mixed-signal ICs for 10, 40 and 100G networks. The company uses its extensive expertise in advanced signal processing and mixed signal analog technology to develop silicon solutions that help optical network equipment suppliers and carriers reduce or eliminate the cost and infrastructure obstacles to widespread deployment of high speed optical networks.

productsThe company was founded on September 19, 2002 by Paul Voois, Norm Swenson and Bharath Jagannathan.  Drs. Voois and Swenson had originally met as Ph.D. students in electrical engineering at Stanford University under Prof. John Cioffi, an eminent figure in the communications field. Since the company was founded, the company has more than doubled its personnel each year and significantly broadened its global footprint. The company’s world-class international design teams combine deep experience in digital signal processing and mixed-signal design with extensive skills in the development of signal processing algorithms that optimize the performance, speed and reach of optical networks.

With the pioneering efforts of Dr. Oscar Agazzi, ClariPhy opened one of the first semiconductor technology design centers in 2004 in Argentina. The Argentina design team continues to develop fundamental leading edge technology for ClariPhy used in all of our new, advanced products.

ClariPhy is headquartered in Irvine, CA. The company has a design center in Cordoba, Argentina and an office in Silicon Valley.
